Shipping:

Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, they will take 1-3 business days to arrive to Spain and Portugal, 3 to 8 business days to arrive to the rest of the EU and UK.  

Peninsular Spain and EU: Orders of €50+ have FREE DELIVERY. Orders below €50 have a €8.50 delivery fee for Peninsular Spain and Portugal, and the rest of the EU have a €10 delivery fee.

UK and Gibraltar: Free Delivery for all orders of £100 + , Orders under £100 have a shipping fee of £15

Balearic and Canary Islands: Free Delivery for orders of 200€ +

Returns:

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging.

The product can be returned in-store or sent to us by courier within 14 days. Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges.

Exchanges:

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Any products received as a gift can be exchanged however gifts cannot be returned without the original receipt and payment method.
