Shipping
Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, they will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Spain and Portugal: Orders of €100+ have free delivery. Orders below €100 have a €6.50 delivery fee.
International EU 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, and Portugal):
Orders of €150+ have free delivery. Below €150 will have a €15 delivery fee.
International EU 2 (Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, and Norway):
Orders of €200+ have free delivery. Orders below €200 have a €30 delivery fee.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unopened with its original packaging.
Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it or your legal right to return any faulty or misdescribed products. However, it needs to be done within 7 days of receipt of the product. The product can be returned in-store or sent to us by courier within 7 days. Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges.

Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Any products received as a gift can be exchanged or swapped for a gift voucher however gifts cannot be returned without the original receipt and payment method.
