Shipping:

Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, they will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic within Spain: Orders of €100 + have free delivery. Orders below €100 have a €6.50 delivery fee.

International EU 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, and Portugal): Orders of €150 + have free delivery. Below €150 will have a €15 delivery fee.

International EU 2 (Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, and Norway): Orders of €200 + have free delivery. Orders below €200 have a €30 delivery fee. 

Returns:

You can return any item within 7 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unopened with its original packaging.

The product can be returned in-store or sent to us by courier within 7 days. Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges.

Exchanges:

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Any products received as a gift can be exchanged however gifts cannot be returned without the original receipt and payment method.
