The Palmetto Collection is made up of staple pieces. They feature 2 line hemstitch on the pillowcases, a sateen finish giving it a silky feel, and are made in 100% Egyptian long staple cotton. Available in our staple colors, white, charcoal, and taupe.
Included in the sheet set are 2 US pillowcases that are often complemented by the Oxford pillowcases which are sold separately.

Shipping:
Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, they will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Spain and Portugal Peninsula: Orders of €100 + have free delivery. Orders below €100 have a €10 delivery fee.
International EU 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland): Orders of €200 + have free delivery. Below €200 will have a €22 delivery fee.
International EU 2 (Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, and Norway): Orders of €200 + have free delivery. Orders below €200 have a €30 delivery fee.
Returns:
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unopened with its original packaging.
The product can be returned in-store or sent to us by courier within 7 days. Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges.

Exchanges:
Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Any products received as a gift can be exchanged however gifts cannot be returned without the original receipt and payment method.
