Shipping:

Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders above 150 EUR have free delivery.

Returns:

You can return any item within 7 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unopened with its original packaging.

The product can be returned in-store or sent to us by courier within 7 days. Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges.

Exchanges:

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Any products received as a gift can be exchanged or swapped for a gift voucher however gifts cannot be returned without the original receipt and payment method.
