This Down duvet is a natural product that offers high comfort, breathability, and strong insulation. The cover is 100% cotton and includes a down-proof treatment, creating a soft feel and preventing the feathers from poking through the fabric. Additionally, direct sewing prevents the filling from compacting.
An important note is that the feathers come from the food chain, never from live animals.

Shipping:
Orders placed online are typically processed to ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, they will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Spain and Portugal Peninsula: Orders of €100 + have free delivery. Orders below €100 have a €10 delivery fee.
International EU 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland): Orders of €200 + have free delivery. Below €200 will have a €22 delivery fee.
International EU 2 (Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, and Norway): Orders of €200 + have free delivery. Orders below €200 have a €30 delivery fee.
Returns:
You can return any item within 7 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and unopened with its original packaging.
The product can be returned in-store or sent to us by courier within 7 days. Please note, we are not able to refund any postage charges.

Exchanges:
Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Any products received as a gift can be exchanged however gifts cannot be returned without the original receipt and payment method.
